Livestream’s Direct Live Broadcasting isn’t just for Google Glass, you can use your Smart Phone as well.

With Direct Live Broadcasting to the Livestream Platform, Livestream has a new WI-FI harvesting idea that allows integration of WI-FI enabled devices such as Google glasss and smart phones into a broadcast. Pretty cool idea to make concert fans part of the performance.

The app allows users to broadcast live from their Glass camera to Livestream’s Platform with a single tap. Additionally, Livestream’s Glass app enables users to view real-time chat messages from audiences online and respond via voice.

With mobile live streaming apps now available for Glass, Android, iPhone and iPad, Livestream is furthering its mission to allow anyone to broadcast live to millions of viewers on any device.  Now, Glass Explorers can use Livestream’s mobile broadcasting technology for citizen journalism, news coverage, sporting events, concerts and more.

To use Livestream for Glass, download the installer, pair it with a Livestream event and tap Glass to instantly go live.

For more advanced live event production, Livestream’s Glass app can also be used as a HD wireless camera input for multi-camera live event coverage using Studio, Livestream’s live production switcher software and hardware. The output from Glass can be displayed in HD on screens in venues, stadiums and more while simultaneously being streamed to the web.
